Each player may hold only one account. The details you provide during registration must be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential, and for all activity that takes place on your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, please contact our support team immediately. Accounts found to be duplicated, shared, or opened with false information may be suspended or closed.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) through KBZPay. You may only deposit funds from accounts held in your own name. Before a withdrawal is approved, we may carry out verification checks to protect against fraud and to comply with our anti-money-laundering obligations. Minimum and maximum limits, along with processing times, are shown at the point of deposit and withdrawal. We do not charge hidden fees.

From time to time we offer bonuses and promotions, such as our welcome bonus for new members. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements and, where applicable, expiry dates. These terms are shown alongside the offer. Bonuses are intended for genuine entertainment; any attempt to abuse a promotion — for example through fraud, collusion, or the use of multiple accounts — may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and related winnings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, device faults, or interruptions to third-party services. Where a game malfunctions, the affected round is void and any related bets will be returned.
